Well packed, came in 16 days to Finland. Tested with the new battery V, my multimeter shows .6V, this tester shows 7.5V. Tested the brand new 1000 uF capacitor -> tester shows 17 uF ( 8.5% tolerance) and the brand new 2200 uF capacitor -> tester shows 2266 uF (3.5% tolerance). I think this tester is o.k
